Lux Builders & Remodeling are an established contracting firm specialising in residential remodelling and new construction in the South Bay area of California, USA. Founded by trusted local contractor Sagi Paul, Lux’s aim is to enrich the lifestyles of their clients by transforming living spaces.
We developed a brand strategy that reflects Lux’s professional service and contemporary practice, while retaining a human warmth to emphasise their personalised approach.
The identity system is based on frameworks, representing the fundamental basis upon which homes are built. This is combined with a warm colour palette and sophisticated serif typeface, softening the visual aesthetic compared to stereotypical construction brands and complimenting the interior remodelling and design aspect of the company. We designed and applied the new brand identity across print and digital applications such as a bespoke portfolio and website.
